Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods environment or similar experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CDS operations across Costco locations within a district.
• Ensure locations meet CDS standards for sales, safety, and efficiency.
• Drive business growth and manage budgets with Operational Excellence strategies.
• Coach and develop Event Managers and staff, ensuring accountability.
