Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a District Manager to oversee CDS operations across Costco locations within a designated district. You will ensure warehouses meet CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety and efficiency while driving growth and managing budgets.

You will develop staffing plans, coach Event Managers, build strong Costco GM relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Advantage policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods environment or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervising skills including delegation, training and evaluating performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook and web browsers.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse locations meet CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular location visits and audits and hold Events Managers accountable.
• Partner with the safety department to uphold safety procedures and culture.
• Develop relationships with Costco managers through regular, in-person conversations.
• Drive business growth via Operational Excellence strategies and disciplined budgeting.
• Manage staffing levels and coach Event Managers to high performance.
