Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a CDS District Manager to oversee and manage the CDS operations of multiple Costco retail locations within a designated district. You will ensure that each warehouse meets CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency, while driving business growth and managing budgets.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coaching Event Managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or a mix of supplier- and client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CDS operations across multiple Costco locations within a designated district.
• Drive business growth by adopting Operational Excellence strategies and using data to manage profitability, budgets and staffing.
• Develop and coach Event Managers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Advantage policies.
