Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations or logistics.
• Experience in route-based service and customer retention is a plus.

• Proficiency with CRM and documentation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable around trucks/routes.

Responsibilities

• Run daily district operations: coverage, call-outs, swaps, and service recovery.
• Protect customers and revenue through retention and proactive escalation handling.
• Lead, coach, and hold the line with CSRs; run team meetings and set expectations.
• Own the numbers and systems: track KPIs, CRM accuracy, and weekly leadership updates.
• Uphold safety, professionalism, and vehicle/warehouse standards.
