Job summary

The Salty Donut is seeking a District Manager to oversee an assigned territory of stores, ensuring operational excellence, strong people leadership, and a consistent guest experience. This home-based role requires 60–75% travel to stores throughout the district.

You will coach and develop General Managers and emerging leaders, elevate performance, and uphold The Salty Donut’s core values. Ideal for high-energy, multi-unit operators who thrive in the field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in F&B, including multi-unit management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive results through people.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven experience managing P&L, labor, COGS, and KPIs.
• Ability to travel 60–75% across the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers, Kitchen Managers, and future leaders.
• Build succession plans and a strong talent bench.
• Ensure consistent hospitality standards, product quality, and operations across locations.
• Conduct regular in-store visits to assess performance and engagement.
• Drive topline sales, productivity, and P&L across locations.
• Oversee forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, COGS, and production planning.
• Ensure proper use of Toast, Zenput, Asana, SharePoint, and Paylocity.
• Maintain licenses and permits for the district.
• Support coffee program quality and cost management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with brand values.
