Job summary

Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The District Manager will implement company policies and work closely with store employees to ensure daily routines align with standards.

We offer growth opportunities, training, and advancement, with a compensation range of 73K–90K yearly based on experience. This role requires travel between stores and a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple store locations.
• Understanding of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and store layout.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve store performance.
• Proficiency in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver's license is required for flexibility to travel daily between store locations.
