Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple convenience stores within a designated district in Massachusetts. You will drive sales, manage store performance, and ensure adherence to company policies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, travel between locations, and the ability to develop strategies that improve profitability while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting.
• Proven multi-store management experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations: sales, merchandising, store layout.
• Familiarity with retail regulations (local, state, and federal).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel daily between store locations.
