Avis Budget Group seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead airport staff and oversee daily operations at our Seattle location. Under the Station Manager, you will train, coach, and motivate agents, fostering a high-energy sales and service culture.

The ideal candidate combines people leadership with sales drive and a passion for customer satisfaction, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and supporting a seamless rental experience.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotating weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the airport location.
• Encourage a positive team environment and coach staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling employees.
• Report all aspects of productivity to the Station Manager.
• Effectively communicate with customers, responding to inquiries and concerns both on the telephone and in person.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while promoting additional products and services.
• Work a mostly consistent schedule with rotating weekends.
