Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (APTA/CAPTE) or related field.
• 5+ years progressive therapy practice with at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in facility/healthcare management or related business training.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the appropriate state.
• Current BLS certification and clean regulatory/ payer record.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement district-wide action plans for engagement, environment, and staff performance.
• Spend 50% of time in district clinics and maintain clinic presence for coaching.
• Oversee financial performance and district budgeting.
• Serve as hiring manager for clinical positions and coordinate with SCM.
• Coach CM-I/CM-II on productivity, quality care, and physician relations.
• Monitor regional performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
