This role emphasizes workforce planning, technician development, customer relationships, and safety. You will recruit, coach, and manage performance while coordinating with dispatchers, customers, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in field-service leadership.
• Minimum two years of people-management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and technician schedules.
• Coach technicians to improve performance, productivity and safety.
• Review timecards and payroll deadlines; ensure accuracy.
