Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores or a distributed retail district.
• Ability to analyze inventory and financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Proven coaching and development of store managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Store Managers including recruiting, selection and orientation.
• Develop and implement district plans to increase sales and achieve budgets.
• Review inventory results and guide managers on corrective actions.
• Execute monthly promotions, monitor policy compliance and safety programs.
• Manage district-wide deli programs and maintain gross margin targets.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for Store Managers and staff.
• Ensure non-discriminatory management and staff development.
