Job summary

Subway in Morgantown seeks a District Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, coach leadership teams, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. You will support staffing, training, and execution of marketing initiatives while guiding teams toward sales goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant operations management, strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to train staff across stores in the district. In-person leadership across the district is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Demonstrated achievement in staff selection, coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains shift managers, assistant managers, and managers on operational excellence.
• Develops and maintains staffing levels for managers and assistant managers; implements training.
• Provides leadership to managers and staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensures correct procedures are followed and takes corrective action as needed.
• Works with staff to achieve sales goals using reports to identify opportunities.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives; completes SUBWAY courses as directed.
