Community Concierge Services (CCS) seeks a hands-on Area Operations Manager to oversee valet trash operations across districts. You’ll lead hourly teams, recruit and train staff, manage client relations with property managers, and ensure high service levels across communities.

The role combines evening field leadership with daytime recruiting, payroll, and administrative work. Travel between properties and markets is required, with a focus on attendance, safety, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time employees in valet trash or related field services.
• Experience coordinating staffing, training, and scheduling across multiple sites.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building with property managers.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection employees.
• Set clear expectations for attendance, safety, service quality, and communication.
• Coach employees, recognize strong performance, and address issues promptly.
• Build backup staffing plans and pre-emptively address service demand.
• Own nightly service execution by confirming staffing and responding to call-offs and interruptions.
• Visit communities to audit service and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
• Coordinate new community launches including staffing, equipment, and resident information.
