Job summary

Private Eye Protection, LLC in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant District Manager (ADM) for the South District. You will lead a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive efficient district operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ADM will supervise site teams, coordinate shifts, conduct on-site trainings, and maintain client relations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with eligibility for Georgia armed security

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Open / flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain Georgia Armed Security License and relevant certifications (CPI, Mindset, CPR).
Experience in security, law enforcement, or operations management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support site supervisors and security officers.
Conduct on-site and field shifts, including site visits and client check-ins.
Monitor site activity, patrols, and reporting.
Coordinate shift coverage and respond to management and client needs.
Complete accident reports and required documentation.
Attend weekly management calls and quarterly meetings.
Maintain knowledge of company policies and software platforms (Belfry, Google Suite).
