Private Eye Protection, LLC in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant District Manager (ADM) for the South District. You will lead a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive efficient district operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ADM will supervise site teams, coordinate shifts, conduct on-site trainings, and maintain client relations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with eligibility for Georgia armed security

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open / flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain Georgia Armed Security License and relevant certifications (CPI, Mindset, CPR).
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or operations management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support site supervisors and security officers.
• Conduct on-site and field shifts, including site visits and client check-ins.
• Monitor site activity, patrols, and reporting.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to management and client needs.
• Complete accident reports and required documentation.
• Attend weekly management calls and quarterly meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and software platforms (Belfry, Google Suite).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant District Manager (ADM) for the South District, which includes downtown Atlanta and south (Including Douglasville, to the West and Stone Mountain/Covers to the East)

The Assistant District Manager supports district operations and leads a team of security officers. The ADM ensures compliance with company standards, manages site activities, trains personnel, and delivers outstanding service to our clients. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support site supervisors and security officers.
• Conduct on-site and field shifts, including site visits, officer training, client check-ins, and vehicle/equipment oversight.
• Monitor site activity, patrols, reports, and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to management, officer, and client needs
• Complete accident reports and documentation as required.
• Attend weekly management calls and quarterly meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, standards, and software platforms (Belfry, Google Suite).

Qualifications:

• MUST be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Open / Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with alternating day/night schedules.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Previous leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or operations management preferred.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Georgia Armed Security License and other required certifications (CPI, Mindset, CPR).
• Proficient with technology and able to drive company vehicles as needed.
• Must have dependable Smartphone access with full internet capability.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must possess a valid, current driver's license that is not suspended or revoked and have access to a reliable, personally owned vehicle.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Must provide professional references from previous employers or supervisors and successfully complete a satisfactory employment reference check as a condition of employment.
