Qualifikationen

• Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in a field related to business, management, operations, construction management, engineering, architecture, public administration, or leadership experience in another related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervision or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, contract review, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee district operations, facilities, capital projects, and long-range operational planning as a member of the district leadership team.
• Supervise multiple departments including maintenance, operations, IT, food service, custodial, transportation, and facilities.
• Review contracts and provide monthly reports to the Board of Education on capital and building projects.
