Job summary

QUALITY MOMENTS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES seeks an Assistant District Manager to support the District Manager across multiple facilities. You will lead district operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality client care in diverse settings.

You will manage facility needs, coordinate services, and drive performance improvements, travel between locations, and participate in leadership meetings to align with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, social services, staff training, or related operations.
• Supervisory or coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with EHR systems, digital learning tools, and modern training methods.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel among assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with daily operations and district leadership.
• Support operational, administrative, staffing, and facility management responsibilities.
• Independently manage assigned facilities, employees, projects, and functions as delegated.
• Represent the District Manager in meetings and visits when requested.
• Lead district goals, operational improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate client care activities to ensure timely access and continuity of services.
