Job summary

Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services in Ohio seeks an Assistant District Manager to support district operations and client care management across assigned facilities. You will lead staff, coordinate services, and ensure high-quality behavioral health delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel among sites to supervise operations and drive improvements.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, social services, staff training, or related operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the District Manager's second-in-command, assisting with daily operations and district leadership.
Support the District Manager in all operational, administrative, staffing, and facility management responsibilities.
Assume responsibility for assigned facilities, employees, projects, and operational functions as delegated.
Independently manage assigned responsibilities and resolve routine operational issues within established authority.
Represent the District Manager in meetings, facility visits, and operational matters when requested.
Assist in implementing district goals, operational improvements, and organizational initiatives.
Maintain consistent communication with the District Manager regarding staffing, productivity, compliance, and operational concerns.
Provide operational leadership during the District Manager's absence, within delegated authority.
