Under supervision, you will recruit, monitor performance, schedule, and address employee relations matters. You’ll maintain facility standards and coordinate with property managers while guiding staff through complex problems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Two years of management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tax software.
• PTIN and tax preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and interview seasonal staff for the area.
• Monitor performance to meet quality and deadlines.
• Review schedules and timecards; liaise with HR on issues.
• Ensure offices meet standards: setup, tech, supplies, facilities.
• Guide staff on complex problems and escalate disputes.
• Track performance and help meet revenue and tax goals.
