Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive performance across several stores in Lemont, PA. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor team members, and uphold operational standards while ensuring outstanding customer service.

This role includes a night differential of $1.50/hour for 10pm–6am shifts, competitive pay, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, full medical, vision and dental coverage, and a 4-day work week with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing, bending) with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; may lift up to 40 pounds with a partner.
• Must be at least 18 years old (note: Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, delivering performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations and foster a positive store culture.
