Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior management, supervisory, or related leadership experience.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to follow directions with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety requirements and recommendations.
• Ability to learn company software and business applications.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

• Flexible availability including weekends and key holidays during peak seasons.
• Weekend work as required.
• Must reside within designated district.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Fluency to read, write, and understand English.
• Must provide valid driver’s license and insurance, pass MVR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Execute and lead the live goods merchandising service program within the district.
• Staff stores to budgeted levels and provide leadership to teams.
• Recruit, interview, and hire merchandising teams according to budget needs.
• Train and develop merchandising staff per company expectations.
• Provide ongoing communication, direction, and leadership to the merchandising team.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with district teams and store staff.
• Provide updates to facilitate product sales across the district.
