Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $68,000.00 Annually

Position Summary Responsible forthe execution and performance of the live goods merchandising service program within their assigned district, including staffing stores to budgeted levels. Provides leadership and support by embracing the company’s mission, vision, and values to achieve all goals. Acts as a company liaison, providing information and guidance to district management and store teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with the Regional Manager and Field Support to recruit, interview, and hire Garden Center merchandising teams according to budgetary needs
• Trains and develops merchandising team according to company expectations
• Provides ongoing communication, direction, and leadership to the merchandising team
• Follows all company safety protocols to maintain a safe working and shopping environment
• Builds and maintains productive working relationships with teams and store staff throughout district
• Provides updates and feedback to facilitate product sales throughout district
• Maintains a professional and customer-friendly attitude
• Follows customer and vendor policies and procedures in daily work routine

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Will work outdoors, sometimes under adverse weather conditions
• Will work in an indoor environment using standard office equipment
• Will travel by motorized vehicle for extended periods of time
• Walk and stand, push, pull, bend, and stoop for an entire shift
• Lift or carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Lift a minimum of 18 lbs. over your head
• Perform a buddy or team lift 51-100 lbs.
