Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States seeks District Execution Managers (DEMs) to oversee merchandising services across districts, including resets, projects, and service guidelines. You will communicate with the District Manager and supplier contacts, ensuring programs are executed as directed by the Regional Director Merchandising Execution.

You will lead day and night teams, hire and train staff, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail
• Strong project management and data-analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with merchandising services across multi-location retailers

Responsibilities

• Attend district meetings to communicate service metrics and issues
• Coach and mentor direct reports; set priorities and guide tasks
• Set expectations, conduct store visits, monitor reports; manage expenses
• Utilize regional programs and reporting tools to identify and resolve issues
