Job summary

Arch Telecom in Avon, Colorado is seeking a District Manager to oversee performance, training, and operations across multiple wireless stores. You’ll supervise sales, service teams and ensure profitable operations within the district.

Responsibilities include driving sales through coaching, staff development, inventory control, scheduling, loss prevention, and ensuring top customer experiences. Travel across locations is required.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-unit, wireless sales management experience required.
• College Degree Preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Background and drug screening completed.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through phone and in-store interactions.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple terms and assist setup/activation.
• Oversee performance, training, and operations across districts.
• Coach, train, and supervise sales teams to maximize profitability.
• Recruit and interview potential talent; manage scheduling and loss prevention.
