Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a retail team across our nationwide stores. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while implementing store programs and initiatives.

You will lead by example, manage inventory, and push for performance improvements in a fast-paced wireless retail environment, including devices, plans, and IoT solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Full Time (45 hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive store performance and customer experience.
• Oversee sales, inventory, and store programs to meet/exceed goals.
• Develop and coach retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate products and solutions to customers, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure high standards of service and operations.
• Collaborate with other channels to identify and nurture business leads.
