Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team across national stores. You will live the brand, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on coaching and in-store demonstrations.

Your leadership will focus on achieving goals, developing peers, and maintaining a high-energy environment that reflects Arch Telecom’s core values and ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Wireless sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Full Time (45 hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations and educate customers on devices and plans.
• Explore customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals and oversee store functions.
• Build relationships across channels and hand off small business leads.
• Own the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure energy, accuracy and empathy.
