The District Manager oversees sales performance and dealer development across a defined territory in the Western US. This role manages all aspects of dealer engagement-business planning, territory coverage, and aftermarket growth-to ensure Epiroc's products and solutions are effectively represented in the market.
As the primary point of contact for dealers within the territory, the District Manager is accountable for driving sales, supporting customer needs, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. The role requires a hands‑on approach to territory management, balancing strategic planning with frequent field presence to build trust, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results.

This is a remote, field‑based role requiring regular travel throughout the Western US. Dealer and jobsite visits may include outdoor environments, construction sites, and operational facilities. Compliance with all safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 base annually plus commission and car allowance, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
