Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of QSR management experience, including multi-unit leadership.
• Previous Wendy’s experience is required (General Manager or District Manager level preferred).
• Proven success managing multiple high-volume restaurant locations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple QSR locations.
• Drive sales growth and operational efficiency across the district.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop General Managers.
