OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee service for 20+ apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role involves leading 15–30+ part-time Valet Trash Technicians, recruiting, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The candidate will work in the field, at home, and in the office with a split schedule. Strong leadership, customer service mindset, and the ability to resolve issues quickly are essential traits for success in this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service and people-management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage Service Valets.
• Ensure nightly trash and recycling collection is completed properly.
• Inspect properties and employees for quality and compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints within 3 hours.
• Maintain strong relationships with apartment community management.
• Coach and develop employees while holding the team accountable.
• Manage new property launches and container distributions.
• Provide on-call support during scheduled hours.
• Drive throughout the assigned territory and respond to operational needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, employee, and operational records.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies.
