Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking dependable Valet Trash Technicians for Sunday–Thursday evenings, at assigned apartment communities in the DFW metroplex. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling to keep properties clean and safe.

Work independently with routes, transporting waste to dumpsters, and documenting violations. A valid drivera0s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pickup truck required.
• Smartphone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
