Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience
• Multi-unit management experience
• Rent-to-own industry experience
• Sales and collections management experience
• Chauffeur's license with a good driving record
• Willingness to engage in heavy lifting

• Lead furniture and appliance sales, drive collections, and enhance customer service
• Collaborate with store managers and assistants to ensure efficient account management
• Drive sales and collections performance through consistent practices and training
