Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a District Manager Trainee to lead a single location with support from an experienced district manager. You will oversee furniture and appliance sales, enhance customer service, and coordinate collections efforts in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of management experience, multi-unit exposure, and strong knowledge of rent-to-own processes. A valid chauffeur's license and willingness to travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience managing multiple units is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for opportunity.
• Familiarity with the rent-to-own industry.
• Experience in sales and collections management.
• Valid chauffeur's license with good driving record.
• Ability to assist with heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage one location and work with a district manager.
• Lead furniture and appliance sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Facilitate collections and improve accounts performance.
• Collaborate with store managers and assistant managers to drive results.
• Coach staff and drive sales and collections through consistent practices.
