Job summary

Casey’s General Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee 12–15 locations within an assigned region. You will drive sales, execute strategic initiatives, and lead store managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach teams, manage P&L responsibilities, and travel as needed to maintain a consistent presence in stores, contributing to Casey’s growth and community leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-unit environment with retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Ability to train, coach, and engage Store Managers and teams, developing customized career paths.
• Strong business acumen to navigate diverse scenarios and drive organizational goals.
• Accountable for delivering financial performance across the district through effective P&L management.
• Willingness to travel to maintain a consistent presence in stores.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $88,000 - $110,000

Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
