Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC in the United States is seeking a District Manager to own and grow our portfolio of stores within the assigned region, driving growth and profitability while providing leadership, vision, and direction.

You will lead the team, develop plans to meet sales goals, and manage operations across multiple locations. The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail leadership and a willingness to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lead 20-35+ employees.

Position Overview

District Manager will act as the business owner to lead and grow our portfolio of stores in their assigned region. This role will take ownership in the growth and profitability of the specific district operations, while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, and direction of the company within its market.

• Must be able to perform some of the physical requirements of the job (ability to lift 50lbs).
