Job summary

You will work closely with Store Managers and company leadership to ensure customer focus, efficiency, and financial success across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location retail or convenience store operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to Store Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop employees and managers.
• Maintain staffing levels and assist with ongoing recruiting needs.
• Visit locations regularly and maintain a strong in-store presence.
• Review scheduling, labor costs, and overtime.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, expenses, inventory, and store performance.
• Identify profitability opportunities and implement action plans when needed.
• Oversee customer service, merchandising, and store standards.
• Address employee relations and performance matters as needed.
• Ensure reports and inventory counts are completed accurately and timely.
