Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to increase sales and profits by guiding Restaurant General Managers and directing multi-unit operations.

You will implement company policies, manage finances, and drive performance across your district with a focus on customer service and results. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QSR management, a high school diploma (BA/BS or MSc preferred), and proven skills in sales strategy, leadership, and conflict resolution.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS or MSc preferred.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for company restaurants.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee district restaurant operations to drive sales and profits.
• Provide leadership and support to Restaurant General Managers across units.
• Enforce company policies, practices and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales growth and staffing plans.
