Arby's in Shreveport, LA is seeking a District Manager responsible for driving sales and profits across multiple company restaurants. You will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Restaurant General Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.

The role requires strong financial management, excellent communication, and the ability to implement company policies while managing performance, training, and development across the district.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of QSR management experience supervising GMs.
• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for multiple restaurants.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding restaurant environment.
