Job summary

Arby;s in Leesville, LA is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple company restaurants, driving sales and profits through strong financial management and effective leadership. You will coach Restaurant General Managers across 4–10 units, enforce policies, recruit and develop talent, and ensure operating standards.

The role requires strategic planning and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required, with proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profits through financial management, leadership practice, direction, and support to the RGM with the goal of ensuring effective operation of company restaurants.
• Discipline and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures across multiple units.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Restaurant General Managers to drive performance across 4–10 locations.
