POP MART is seeking a District Manager for Retail Operations in Boston to lead multiple stores, drive performance, and manage payroll, expenses, and profitability across the district. The role requires coaching store managers, recruiting top talent, and building succession plans to ensure sustained growth.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams, oversee ROBO Shop operations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while traveling frequently within New England.
