POP MART Natick Mall is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the business, create an exceptional customer experience, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.

You will own store performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory control, and daily operations while proudly representing POP MART's artists, characters, and collectible products to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.

This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
