Qualifications

• College degree and 3+ years' experience as District Manager or multi‑unit operator in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong talent and performance-management skills.
• Solid financial analysis skills.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
