Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated region. You will ensure customer service, product quality, and profitability meet company standards while leading and developing restaurant managers and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise restaurant managers and staff, ensuring proper training and execution of duties.
