Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Tampa Bay area locations, driving customer service excellence, operations efficiency, and revenue growth. You will mentor location managers, implement SOPs, and lead growth initiatives across the district.

Travel within the district and occasional training in Charlotte, NC upon hire are required. The role rewards leadership, hands-on coaching, and a fast-paced automotive service environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple locations (district or multi-unit)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets
• Willingness to travel within the district and to training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple shops to meet service and revenue goals.
• Mentor location managers and staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Enforce SOPs for quality and efficiency across locations.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer traffic.
• Analyze financial data to drive profitability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform basic automotive service tasks as needed.
