Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across the assigned area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, labor, and food costs while fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude.

You will spend 2–3 days at each restaurant delivering direction and mentoring leaders, ensuring staffing levels with Talent Mentors, and supporting growth across the district. This role offers career growth and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Able to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and adapts to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership.
• Support leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure staffing levels.
