Paris Baguette - Support Offices (South) is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across a portfolio of cafes. You will drive revenue growth, staff development, and outstanding guest experiences while maintaining strong controls over P&L and inventory.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can mentor managers and execute the company’s standards across a wide geographic area. The ideal candidate has extensive district-level experience in retail or hospitality, excels at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years of progressive management experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory planning, and sales/marketing initiatives.
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) and guest service standards.
• Ability to travel/commute to multiple locations and openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide operations to maximize revenue and cash flow through people, processes and planning.
• Provide guidance to district managers and ensure adherence to guest experience standards.
• Mentor and develop cafe managers; drive talent acquisition, retention and development.
• Oversee training needs and collaborate with training teams for effective programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health, safety and local regulations.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans; monitor cafe financial performance.
