Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple multi-million-dollar stores across the district in Texas.

The role requires strategic leadership, tight expense control, and the ability to drive sales, service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee Store Managers, coordinate promotions, manage payroll budgets, monitor profitability, and develop a results-driven culture with clear expectations and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software.
• Travel required to markets within the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site management of multi-million-dollar stores.
• Drive sales, gross margin and inventory turns.
• Oversee store managers, budgets, HR practices and security.
• Coordinate promotions, pricing and new store openings/closings.
• Develop managers and associates through coaching and accountability.
