Komatsu seeks a District Manager to drive the whole goods sales to the distributor network across multiple states. You will manage territory, support manufacturer activities, and lead market growth and profitability for stakeholders.
The role requires budget management, development of sales programs, and collaboration with distributors to deliver equipment and technology to end-users while advancing aftermarket, finance, and digital product offerings. Extensive travel is required.

TheDistrict Manageris directly responsible for the whole goods sale of Komatsu product to the distributor network. The DM manages specific territory of distribution in all aspects regarding manufacturer support. Responsible for market share growth, business planning, forecasting and sales execution. Other business practices include project-based initiatives and both retail & wholesale program advancement. Main objective is to provide distribution and end-use customers with the equipment and technology required for their respective businesses, while focusing on growth and profitability for all stakeholders.
Participation in company sponsored show is required on an as needed basis. Examples of such shows are: Chattanooga Field Days and Con-Expo. This participation in such shows includes, but is not limited to: Answering questions regarding KAC product, operational procedures of KAC machines, show preparation and clean-up.
