Pay Range: $75,440 - $94,300 / annually
The District Maintenance Manager (DMM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the maintenance, repair, and modification of existing Chuze facilities within their assigned district, serving as the primary representative for all facilities and maintenance needs. Acting as the main point of contact for property, facilities, amenities, and fitness equipment across their market, this role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience to Chuze members by overseeing a team of maintenance technicians (MT) and vendor partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
Experience with vendor and contractor management, including obtaining quotes, coordinating work, reviewing completed work, and holding vendors accountable.
Experience managing work orders through a CMMS, including assigning work, monitoring aging work orders, documenting repairs, and ensuring timely closeout.
Experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, pools, fitness equipment, life-safety systems, and general building maintenance.
Leadership or supervisory experience, including managing, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians.
Facilities, maintenance, or building engineering experience, preferably in a multi-site commercial environment.
Experience conducting facility assessments and identifying opportunities for proactive repairs, replacements, and improvements.
Experience managing emergency maintenance situations and equipment downtime, with the ability to quickly prioritize issues and develop solutions.
Experience managing facility projects and capital improvements, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and project closeout.
