Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee district restaurant leaders and operations in your area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a restaurant providing direction and feedback.
• Help leaders hit targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Foster a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing.
