Job summary

WIS International is seeking a District Manager in Youngstown, OH to lead a team of Area Managers and hourly staff in delivering top inventory services for customers. You will manage budgets, schedules and expenses to drive P&L results while fostering talent growth across the district.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of expanding business opportunities through customer engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store operations.
• Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment.
• Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution expense control, overtime management, and P&L management.
• Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
